During the 1st period class, there's a lot of many good things i taught. It was never tiresome of staying in the computer room because it was air-conditioned room.
1st GRADING. We tackled about internet particularly on how yo use it, the inventors and the years when it was began. We also learned how to post and deal with the online world with the use of a blog.
There are many problems and challenges i encountered because it was my first time to meet the word BLOG. But it is harder when you are typing and already making the draft but your mind was not cooperating with your fingers.
But despite of many problems and challenges, i was able to made my assigned work. I came to realized that my problem was not my thinking ability. Its my laziness and irresponsible to make my works.
Moving on, this next grading, i promised to make myself more responsible and independent.

PNoy’s 3rd SONA

PNoy’s 3rd  SONA

To begin with, I am not one of the numerous pro-Aquino Filipinos, neither I’m a pro-Arroyo, but I’m not saying I’m against him. I believe he is ethical but I think he is not that effective as a leader and thus I do not totally trust his capacity to handle our country. But well, he stood out during the elections and I had no choice but to respect and accept it for the sake of our country.
While I was reading our president’s State of the Nation Address, I noticed the following: the difference of good and slump governance was introduced which for me indicates that he wanted to make a distinction between the administration that had passed and the administration that we will be having for the next six years.
The inherited burdens of the past administration to the current one were discussed which is not that necessary to put emphasis on since it rooted from the past and must be addressed immediately instead. However, the potential solutions to these problems were presented but it would be much better if these answers were explained further as to how exactly the government will attend to them in a matter-of-fact or practical manner and not in a very optimistic view. Based on my own opinion, it is too discriminating on the previous administration’s part to assign weights or stress on their faults. It is way healthier to focus on your own plans on how to correct these faults and make our country a better one than to edge your attention to errors done that cannot be undone anymore.

HEALTH it is a "State of complete physical, mental, and social well being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity."
It is a dynamic condition resulting from a body's constant adjustment and adaptation in response to stresses and changes in the environment for maintaining an inner equilibrium called homeostasis.
The nutrition month theme, “pagkain ng gulay ugaliin, Araw-araw itong ihain” this theme gives emphasis on the importance of eating vegetables. It encourages us to eat vegetables because now a day some of us do no like to eat vegetables. It increase the vegetable consumption here in our country. We should serve them regularly.
Consequently, diseases that we’ll be able to get will be diminished.  We’ll be able to prevent ourselves from acquiring micronutrient deficiencies and major diseases. Another reason maybe is that it will promote vegetable gardening as a source of food and income.
Vegetables are important for us humans. So if you eat something, think first the consequences that will happen to you. Think first before you eat.
